In vlow of the war, the number of countries participating will be limited but Finland expects to secure 15 participants, including the United States, Italy and Japan.
A number of special events such as yachting, boating and eques- trianism will be excluded. The Finnish Committee will meet at the end of this month to take the final decisions which will be referred to the International Olymple Commitee in May,
