Oatmeal On The Menu

LIVE porridge a trial, either. for breakfast or supper, and soon, it will become one of the household's favourite dishes, Here is a good recipe:

Tako 1 pint water and 2 oza, coarse. or medium oatmeal, according to taste, good pinch salt,

Draw the water fresh, pour into pan, and bring quieldy to the boll. When bolling, sprinkle in the mea- aured meal with the left hand, and keep stirring all the time with the right. When it begins to thicken, draw the pan to the side of the fire
