TRENTON, N. J. (UP)-New Jersey is preparing to renew. Its. fight with Delaware over the boundary line between the states, as fixed nearly 200 years ago,

The ligation resulted from a carelessly-drawn charter signed by King Charles II of England deeling a tract of land to his brailer, James, which. Look itt the shoreline in a 12-nile radius from New Castle, Del.

The US. Supreme Court in 1934 decided a boundary dispute In favour of Delaware, but last year an old deed and surrender were found in which James turn- ed the lands back to King Charles.
