History Of Development

Of Kowloon Traced

Designed to house approximately three times the plant now within it and which is adequate for all Kowloon's present needs, the Chinn Light, and Power Co., Ltd. new power station at Hok Un was opened yesterday by the Governor, Sir Geoffry Northcote.
