NEW YORK, Jan. 23 (Reuter)—WIth the Olympic Games for 1040 cancelled, the Amateur Atletle Union of the United States has worked out the results of a hypothetical meeting. Their conclusions are based on last year's performances. Adopting the usual polais system of 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, for the first six places, they make the United States winners with 280.3 points. Finland come second with 108 points and Germany, third, with 74.2.
