TO WEDDING

AN amazing dash by car, a race against time to organise a wedding in half an hour, and a final rush through the village by the daughter of a famous peer, to find a ring.

These incidents figured in the wedding-day of twenty-four- year-old Miss Freda Nosworthy and Private Ernest Oxland, thirty-year-old British soldier now serving somewhere in France.
