PARIS, Jan. 17 (UP), - A Polish Government official state- ment has disclosed detalls of a German plan whereby the Ger man minority in Poland, used prior to the war to sabotage and spy upon the Polish people, are now working in closest contact with Berlin, which has furnish- ed them with arms.
The statement is issued in order to refute the atrocity alories dis- tributed by Germans to the effect. that the Poles mistreated the German miority before the War and, com- mitted horrible nets of violence dur in the early stages of the Wor
