The Jewel box, which had bren left in a wardrobe, was found empty under a bed.
The daring daylight robbery I believed to have taken place between 2.30 p.m. and 4.15 p.m.
The beautiful collection of Jewellery Included many articles made by the Hongkong firm of Sennet Freres, the most expen- sive item stolen being a large diamond bracelet of six large solitaire diamonds of three carats each, and a large number of other diamonds, of a total value of $10,000. This piece bears the mark of W. Allemand, of Montreux.
Another valuable article was diamond bracelet, made by Sennet Freres, valued at $7,000. $2,000 a large Valued platinum brooch set with pearls and six large diamonds he also missing. This was also made by Kennel Freres,
