N baking day try making a variety of simple tea foaves, instead of the usual buns and scones. They are more economical-as they keep fresh for at least a week. A round cake tin 7 inches in diameter by 3) Inches deep, will hold i lb flour-or use two smaller square Joaf tins. Lemon Tea Loaf
