The urgent need of permanent headquartera for the Christian Mis- sion to Chinese Seamen, ut present situated at 98 Connaught Road West. Recond floor, tenuse of the receipt, of a notice to quit from the landlord, is expressed in a letter from Mr. C. Y. Tae, one of the Port Missionaries. Owing to inability to find alterna- tive premises in the locality, the Mis sion has resolved to erect its own building instead of removing to some other district, and for this purpose special efforts are being made to raise the necessary funds.
