Chungking, Sept. 24. The reclamation of 100,000 acres of wasted but cultivable land in northern Szechuan by 30,000 refugees will be carried out by order of Generalisimo Chiang Kai-shek. Detalin of the project are being mapped out by the newly-organized land re- clamation bureau.
