The following Stufes will govern the Competition:

1-The Competition is confined ex- clusively 10 Minator photo- staphore 1-No employes of member of any Arm in the photographic trade permitted to compete.

3. The prizen will be awarded to the competitor sending in what are adjudged, to be the best photo graphs in each Eection. Each entry must be accompanied by a form which will be published during the petition,
