Nazi Activity May Influence U.S.A.
ROME, Sept. 17 (Reuter).--- The New York correspondent of the Italian newspaper "Tele- grafo" says that the attitude of the United States will be much influenced by the way in which the Nazis conduct their sub- marine warfare.
If Germany acts in accordance with the Nazi character and conducts submarine warfare wholesale, it will offend a formidable section of Ameri- can opinien which favours the sup- port of Britain and France,
The correspondent thinks that the attitude of the United States towards } Germany might be us hostile as in 1017.
