The Arst meeting of the season qi the Hongkong Rifle Association was held at Kowloon City on Wednesday with an attendance of 97. Navy re- presentatives were absent, but Army, Royal Air Force and Police Reserve marksmen were in good strength. The weather was good, though with, a troublesome wird at 60 yards.
