Pale yellow sheets with green monograin are one suggestion, and 1. blue or green monogram looks well on peach towels or sheets. On pale pink you could use a deeper shade of rose. More unusual are' scarlet or black monogram pato yellow. navy blue on pink, nigger brown on pale green. Monograms an tableclethit and nap- kins usually look best embroidered in plain whito. An idea for marking these is to sign your name, using your ordinary signature. lead panell across the corner of the cloth and then embroider it in satin stitch.
