LONDON, August 21 (UP)-Members of the British Cabinet to-day began preparations for to-morrow's special meeting amidst extraordinary defence prepara- tions.
The Admiralty is expected to call up more Naval Reserves while the entire Territorial Army totalling more than 400,000 may be mobilised early in September.
This would mean that Britain's anti-aircraft defences would be! fully manned and a complete ex- peditionary force of 32 divisions would be ready to embark for! foreign service,
