CHUNGKING, Aug. 10 (Central). --Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek has given special powers to General Wang Tsan-hsu, General Liu, Wen-bul and Mr. Wu Ting-chang, Governors of Szechwan, Sikong and Kwelehow respectively, in opium suppression in their provinces.
The three Governors are. powered to command the troops stationed in their provinces to arrest, opium hoarders and traffickers and to punish magistrates for ineffelency in opium suppression work.
