New Soviet Pressure At Sakhalin
Tokyo, July 20.
A Japanese Navy spokesman voiced grave concern over the "unwarran- table pressure" brouglit by Soviet authorities to bear upon the Japanese fishermen in the Northern waters and the Japanese coal and oil concession- atres in North Sakhalin.

The agreements providing for the Japanese all and coal concessions in North Sukhalin häve been, conclud- ed as the result of long, arduous diplomatic negotiations. He pointed out that Japan has accepted mony Soviet demands which she regarded as even unreasoriable to conclude the
agreements.
