Dr. Peters is to ask Sir Regin- ald Dorman-Smith, Minister of Agriculture, whether he whit consider securing Jorge quan- tities of these fruits for preserv-. ing for the use of the armed forces.
Such a step, he contends, will ald growers to avoid the hard- ship of the impending break in prices. A collapse in prices, following on the disaster of last year, would mean ruin'for many of them.
