Against Ching Kee Steam Navigation Co.

The Hongkong branch of the Ching Kee Steam Navigation Co., Ltd., was ordered to be wound up by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor at the Supreme Court yesterday, following a petition to this effect by the Shlang Kee, otherwise known as the China Merchants Stenm Navigation Co., Ltd, one of tho shareholders.

It was disclosed during the proceedings that the Company hind six ships at present lying in the waters of the Colony, and that the head office had already been ordered to be wound up by the Chungking District Court,
