The ceremony was carried out by D. F. I. Treung, assisted by Dr. L Shul-put and Mr. W. Vinson Lee.

The Polish nationalist l'ifsulski raised a Polish army, declared Poland's Independence, That Independence was recognised by the Treaty of Ver. mailles and modern Poland was created. The majority of the inhabitants are engaged in agriculture, but important industries have bren developed.
