NEW OUTRAGE IN TIENTSIN Disgusting Actions At Barriers

FOUR BRITISH SUB- JECTS, including a lady, were the victims of further attacks by Japanese sentries in Tientsin yesterday. The lady is understood to be Mrs. D. Finlay, wife of an official of the Charter- ed Bank and manageress of the Country Club.

The numes of the three men are unknown, but one is believed to be an official of the Muri- cipal Council.

According to reports received in Hongkong, the lady was forced to take off her shoes, stockings and dress before being allowed to enter the concession. The three men were forced to strip naked and were then made to as- sume humiliating attitudes whilst parading, without their clothes, in front of a mob of Chinese on- lockers.
