Michigan Motor Plants Resume
FLINT, MICHIGAN, June 12-In a test of Union strength to-day, Mr. Homer Martin, Secretary of the United Automobile. Workers of America, failed to prevent the re- sumption of operations in three Gen- eral Motors plants where he had called o strike of AFOL and U.A.W. members.

There was no violence here where the entire police force was on duty, However, the Chevrolet, Grey Iron Foundry and Saginaw plants opened after a brief fight between A.FOL. pickets
