FILIPINO DAVIS CUPPERS TO PARTICIPATE IN SEVEN BIG AMERICAN TOURNAMENTS

Amado Sanchez and Folicisimo Ampon who compose the Philippine Davis Cup team will com- pete in seven big American tennis tournaments before and after their Davis Cup schedule with Australia on July 15, 16 and 17 at Long Beach, California. Permission has been granted the two players to participate in the American tournament by the executive committee of the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation upon the recommen- dation of the P. I. Lawn Tennis Association.
