Court Charge

A fight at a street water fountain on May 12 led to the appearance of three coolles before Mr. E. Himsworth at Kowloon Magistracy on Saturday, charged with disorderly conduct.

Inspector Edwards said the men earned their living by carrying water from the fountain and selling It to residents In the neighbourhood. There was an argument as to who should get the water first and a fight started.
