The men, Chung Chang-kwal, 34, Fan Man-fu, 30, and Ting Chang-kun, 31, tailors, were charged with possession of two automatic pistols and a quantity of Ammunition.

Fan and Ting wero discharged, but Chung, who was represented by Mr. F. H. Loseby, was remanded for week. The case will be heard on May 16. He was allowed ball of $2,000.
