TWO MEN DISCHARGED But Another Faces Count Of Arms Possession Appearing before Mr. T. J. Hous- ton at the Central Magistracy yes- terday for possession of arms and ammunition at Shauki chinese were on May 4, two of three Shanghal released as the Police offered no evi- dence against them. The men, Chung Chang-kwal, 34, Fan Man-fu, 96, and Ting Chang-kun, 31, tailors, were charged with possession of two automatic pistols and a quantity of ammunition.

Fan and Ting were discharged, but Chung. who was represented by Mr. F. H. Loseby, was remanded for a week. The case will be heard on May 16. He was allowed bail of $2,000.
