ROAD USERS' CHARTER WHICH SHOULD BE ADOPTED IN COLONY

JERUSALEM, Apr. 26.

HE Trans-Jordan Covernment to-day, for the first time, published an official statement on o clash between Trans-Jordan troops and Arab irregulars, according to reports received hero.

The encounter occurred in a wood near the village of Beibeto, where 150 Arab irregulars had crossed the Jordan.

According to the announcement, ten of the irregulars were killed and one taken prisoner, while one Trans-Jordan soldier was slightly wounded.-Trans-Ocean.
