MYSTERY 'PLANE AT CAPE TOWN

It was thought that the machine might be from the German acroplane service ship Schwabenland, 8,188 tons, belonging to the Lufthansa company, which at that time was 300 miles oft Cape Town.

The Schwabenland, which arrived from the Antarctic, carries two seaplanes and catapult apparatus.

It is denied by the Schwabenland that her planes made any flights.

Boy Gives His Arm For Dove

Thirteen-year-old Bob Wilson was indignant when he found that some of his boy friends had anest with a tiny dove in it. For they had taken it from a tree- top in Whitemore Square, Adelaide, South Australia.

There was a scuffle. Finally Bob secured the nest with the fledgling stili in it and climbed twenty feet to replace it on the tree-top.

A bough broke and he fell to the ground, breaking his left arm. And now the arm has had to be amputated to prevent the spread of infection.

"I wanted to be a sailor, but I won't be much good at that now," Bob sald after the operation.
