LIBEL action arising from the fact that two men of the same name were living lost March in Camberwell, S.E came before Mr. Justice Hawke in the King's Bench Division recently.
Harold Ceell Newstead, of Gubyon Avenue, Herne Hill, S.E., a 26-year old women's hairdresser, claimed damages from the "Dally Express" in respect of a feature in the paper, headed: "Why Do People Comm Bigamy?"
Underneath the photographs of two women (said Mr. A. T. Denuing, K.C., for plaintiff) were the words:

Judge: It seems to be a modern for people to want two tendency, wives. I tried it gentlmas only a few weeks ago who had married two and lived with both in the same house.
