REVIVAL Singapore Army Team To Visit Manila. For A Series Of Matches

Manila, Apr. 11.

A revival of Far Eastern interport polo competitions will be witnessed this month as plans of the Manila Polo Club will find crystallization in the acceptance by the Royal Artillery polo team from Changi, Singapore, of the Club's invitation to play a series of games here. The British polo squad is scheduled to arrive in Manila April 21 and will play a series of three matches at Forbes Field starting April 23.

It has long been the desire of the ghes and are in fine fettle to take Manila Polo Club to foster a series on the visitors. Continuous rain inconvenienced but in no way dampened the spirits of competitors who attended the dny of the Hongkong Rifle fifth Association's 1938 Bisley Meeting held at the Kowloon City Rifle ranges yesterday.
