Fog-bound outside Hongkong harbour since dawn this morning, a procession of liners com- menced to feel their way into Hongkong harbour shortly after 2 o'clock this afternoon. They included the Messageries liner Marechal Joffro, which were damaged in a collision 130 miles north of Hongkong yesterday morning.
