"WHEN A BODY of men are engaged in a felonious v net and one of their number uses violence which results in death, then all are guilty of murder," declared the Crown Counsel (Mr. John Whyatt) at the Criminal Sessions this morning, when conducting the Crown case against five men charged with murder.

The men are alleged to have been members of a gang of robbers who raided a money changer's shop in Hung Hom and gagged the occupants by forcing small oranges into their -mouths.

The action displaced the false teeth of the master of the shop and forced them down his throat; he suffocated and dled.
