Life In Hospital

Although she is only three years old, little Monica has spent 13 months of her fe with her legs in splints. Suffering from rickets, she has been under trealment д the Great Ormond-street Hospital for Children, and has been one of the hospital's most cheerful patients. Her fortitude has been rewarded, for Monica le now cured of the disease and left hospital for a Carshalton, Surrey, convalescent home. She is seen saying good-bye to the nurse who has cared for her during her illness.
