BERLIN, Mar. 22. GERMANY is to build a
road from Pomerania across the Polish Corridor to East Prussia.
This was agreed upon by Hitler and Colonel Beck, the Polish Foreign Minister, during their recent meeting at Berch- tesgaden.
Work is to begin very soon. The highway will be in two sections; one for a railway line; the other for a motorway.
There will be no Custers, no puas- port control, no formalities of any. sort.
The road will be in the centre of a three-mile zone, whose neutrality will be respected by Poles and Germans alike.
Herr von Ribbentrop, German Foreign Minister, is going to Warsaw soon to return Colonel Beck's visit,
