If you have protrud- ing shoulder - blades you're sure to be round- chested, too. Insuffi- cient breathing in the chief reason for these two fiqure faults. Prac- tise breathing exercises regularly, and go in for outdoor sports.

If you're ashamed of the size of your scat, give yourself a sort of ribro - masSAGE every day by wriggling along the floor on your back, Irys stretched out in front of you. The pic- ture shows you how.
