The Full Court of Criminal Appeal comprising Mr. Justice R. E. Lindsell, Puiane Judge, and Mr. Justice J. A. Fraser, sat at the Supreme Court yesterday to hear appeals brought by three men, Abdul Rashid, 21, Abdul Caramat, 20, and Carlos Xavier da Cruz, 32, who were convicted at the February Criminal Sessions and sentenced to long terms in gnol by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, on a charge of robbing, with aggravation, a mon named Yau Tin-sang, Ngau Chi Wan, Kowloon City, on .
