Tong, in taking the suitcase from above the bed, woke up two women, who ran from the hut. The suitcase was taken to the hillside and opened, and about $30 in money was divided among them. A bungle was also found, while the clothes were taken home by Yu.

Second defendant sald he did not rob but only stole the things, while third defendant gave similar evidence to that of the first defendant.
