From being cloudy and overcast, last Sunday eventually turned out to be beautiful and bright long before the first event was timed to run at Fanling. The meeting was graced by the presence of His Excellency the Governor and Lady Northcote and the crowd of racepoers was the biggest ever seen at Kwanti.
