"ON THE INSTRUCTIONS of my clients, a letter

has been written to the Chairman of the Urban Council with regard to a review of the Council's decision to withhold licences from those who desired to keep swine, and if the reply proves unfavourable an appeal will be made to His Excellency the Governor."

Himsworth at the Kowloon Magistracy this morning when he re- presented 27 people who had been summoned for having failed to comply with a notice served on them by the Urban Council re- quiring them to cease keep- ing swine without licences from the Council.
