Defendant Said to Have Had Consultants
When Revenue Omeer J, L. Stephens and a party ralded a house in Shanghai Street on January 3, they seized 6,438 heroin pills. The front part of the house was allegedly used as a heroin divan, and at the rear was a consulting room.
Two men, Liu Ping, 44, unemploy- ed, and Lul Chung-wing, 37, sald to be a doctor, were arrested, and they appeared before Mr. E. Himsworth at the Kowloon Magistracy yesterday.
