LONDON, JAN. 11. WO TELEGRAMS HAVE BEEN SENT TO MR. CHAMBERLAIN IN ROME, PRO- TESTING AGAINST INSURGENT BOMBINGS IN SPAIN, ACCORDING TO THE SPANISH PRESS AGENCY.

One, signed by the "Bereaved Mothers of Spain", states that the mothers of Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona witnessed children being mutilated by bombs from foreign aircraft.

"While the Rome conversations are being held, we appeal to you from the depths of our hearts and suffering to stop these unspeakable barbarous bombardments."

FISHERMAN George Bryan Revell of Millhill, Boston, who in a drunken rage dropped his. baby daughter Rita from a twelve-foot high window, was sentenced to six months' hard labour recently at Boston Police Court.
