Steamers from Macao, following the January Race Meeting of the Macao Jockey Club on-Sunday, will return to Hongkong in the evening, by permission of the Hon. Director of Medical Services and the Port Health Oficer. The Tal Shan will sail AL 16 p.m. and will arrive in Hongkong
