The official is Mr. S. Sitiomi, Chancellor at the Japanese Consulate General in Hanol.

New Solicitor Admitted To Practice In H.K.
Mr. Patrick Wynter-Blyth, of Deacons, was admitted to practice a solicitor "by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor In the Supreme Court this morning.
