London, Dec. 20. Mr. George Rublee, the director of The Inter-Governmental Refugee Office in London, will, according to Le "Evening News", shortly leave for Berlin, accompanied by experts of the refugee committee.

It is believed, says the paper, that the pinn for faellitation of Jewish emigration, submitted by Dr. Schacht, President of the Relchsbank, will be suitable as a basis for discussion- Trans-Ocean.
