This forecast is significant In view of the recent Treasury esti mates, which showed that the budget will balance if the national Income is $75,060.000,000.

November figures showed the sixth consecutive month's increase from Jnne, which featured the depth of the depression which started a year ago, and which wiped out most of the gains since 1933.
