Most of them are small items, among the larger ones being $14,000 as emergency expenses for the Police Force arising out of the Sino-Japanese conflict, $10,000 towards refugee camps, and $18,700 as a grant to the Emergency Refugee Council.
Considerably more than half the total, however, is taken up by a vote of $280,000 for civil pensions, retiring allowances and gratuities.
