It is made with 1 pint milk, 2 table- spoonfuls cornflour, 2oz. sugar, joz. chocolate powder, or a grated penny bar, a few drops of vanilla essence,

Mix the corndour and chocolate with

Stir in the vanilla essence, pour into a wet mould, and leave to set. Turn out and sprinkle with desiccated coconut or chopped almonds.
