Tokyo, Dec. 15. With a view to encouraging foreign trade transactions the Bank of Japan is now contemplating relaxing the the existing terms for the utilisation of foreign exchange funds, establish- ed in July of this year, by trans- ferring Yen 300,000,000 from specioł reserves.
