Secretary of the Hongkong and Kow- loon Soy, Pickle and Preserved Fruits Merchants' Union, on behalf of the Union, prainst Tse Hiu-fung. was upheld by Mr. Justice E. H. Williams, who remarked that the defence had not been antisfactory.
